There are just some weddings that leave you giddy. Like, “I could shoot this exact same event every single weekend.” That’s how last Saturday felt with Johnce and Michelle, a couple whose friendship spans eight years… The two exchanged vows in an intimate 100-guest affair in the oldest part of downtown Houston. And Kaley and I were there to document it, starting out at the gorgeous Hotel Icon and finishing up at the Magnolia Ballroom.
M&J – Seriously… You two were a dream to photograph! Thank you SO much for your unwavering trust and excitement! We hope you’re living it up across the pond :) And we hope you enjoy these favorite shots! XO!!
Could this chalkboard hand-lettering be any more darling? I HAVE to find out who created it! It was just one of the many perfect details surrounding M&J’s big day. Like those Rachel Simpson heels and Allure gown!
Big thanks to Blush & Co. for hair and makeup…
Michelle’s girls couldn’t have been any more sweet or helpful :) XO!!
Meet Johnce! Thanks to Kaley for being my right-hand-woman and capturing guys’ prep…
Yay for first looks! Always the right decision :)
For sure, one of my favorites from the day. Y’all are absolutely perfect for each other!!
Best looking couple in Market Square.
Another fave…
Wedding party portraits were so much fun! The shot on the right makes me smile so big :)
Time to get married at the beautiful Magnolia Ballroom. I LOVE this venue!
Special thanks to Monarch Wedding & Event Planning for making sure everything ran smoothly.
After years and years and years and years and years… They’re MARRIED!!
Oh, I could NOT get over the florals! Thanks to Secret Floral Garden :)
Edible Designs by Jessie does it again… And something tells me the toasts were pretty darn great!
And after the sweetest first dances ever…
The new Mr. and Mrs. left for two weeks in Italy :)
Congratulations to the Hall’s! Leave them some love!!
