The Gallery Wedding: Kira & Shaun

Kira and Shaun are two of those people you feel you’ve known your entire life long, when in reality you’ve only known them for a little over a year. I am continually blown away by my clients’ friendship, and definitely that of the new Mr. and Mrs. Irchirl. They tied the knot last Saturday, and being a part of it all was such a blessing for me!

K & S – I know this fabulous day was a LONG time in the making. ;) So please understand what a privilege and an honor it’s been for me to document how much you love each other. And how clearly you treasure each other. Thank you for your trust!! And I hope you enjoy some of our favorite images from your day. XOXO!!

Shoes by Nina, florals by The Secret Floral Garden, and makeup and hair by René Higginbotham & Co. and Victorian Hair Salon. Amazingness in every single category, for sure…

Maggie Sottero fit little miss GORGEOUS like a glove!

The Mr., looking fly. He had a lot of help from just about every direction. :)

These ladies..

And these gentlemen.. Were SO fun to work with! Thank you, all.

Last minute prayer prior to the ceremony. It was such a lovely moment.

The sun was BLAZING, but there’s absolutely nothing that could subtract from the beauty of The Gallery’s patio.

Boy, did he walk down in style. :)

And could a girl make ANY more beautiful of an entrance? I mean, seriously. (Kaley’s PERFECT shot!)

“Happiness Begins Here.” I’m telling you, there are more details where this came from! I was in heaven…

MAAARRIED. Oh happy day!!

Likely my favorite shot of the entire day. They’re just so snuggly!!

Can we TALK about how stunning Kira is?!

Later in the night, Shaun called Kira his “queen.” It is SO evident how much he honors her.

Second favorite. :)

Kira and Shaun, a consulting manager and a football coach, are also professional laughers!

Thank you sweet Jesus for creating such AMAZING liiight.

Shoot. I already named my two favorites, didn’t I? This moment is definitely up there. They made my job SO easy.

And we wrapped it up against the ivy wall!

Special shout outs to Ral’s Fine Catering, Cake and Eat it Too, Jonny Black Productions, A&A Video, and especially Kristina of My Ultimate Consultant! Such a great team to work alongside.

This mix of coral and green was brilliant and romantic and just so befitting for this bride and groom.

The first dance. And they sang to each other until the very end. :)

Quick fact: Sparklers scare the CRAP out of me. I’m surprised I got this close and didn’t go up in flames! ;)

Congratulations, friends!! <3

Happy Friday!!

Jae - these are so gorgeous! i love the photos with the ivy wall – it matches their colour theme perfectly, and they look so good against it! ps: i used to be terrified of sparklers when i was a kid, because my older brother told me if a spark gets on me, i’ll burn up into a little pile of ash. nice brother right? (i’m pretty sure that didn’t help your fear much just now…)
