Spring has SPRUNG! It was supposed to, anyway… I have never in two years of living in Houston seen the weather this CRAZY bad. As I drove Dylan to work this morning, I could have sworn it was eight o’clock at night. And that the world was coming to an end.. On the other hand, it’s sort of romantic. And relaxing. And cozy. And it sort of makes me feel like I’m home in NY. Where the weather sucks ALL the time, as opposed to almost never in TX. :)
Do you guys remember Zoom? AKA, Zoom-ah, zoom-ahh, zoom-ah, ZOOM?! Well, let me be the first to admit that I was a public television junkie when I was a kid. Oh, and I basically watched Arthur on PBS until I was a senior in high school.. It’s cool, okay?? But that’s neither here nor there. What you MUST know, is where all 32 kids from the Zoom cast are NOW! So I share with you THIS, Internet. You’re very, very welcome!
I feel like today is all about the three-liner tidbits. So here’s another.. Dylan shared THIS website with me yesterday, and it has changed my life. I think it’s mostly endearing for the way it reminds me of a Saturday Night Live skit. FACT: my parents once gave my sister a pair of tiny doll hands in her Christmas stocking. Now really, please do yourself a service and check out OneTinyHand.com, or else you’ll have no idea what I’m talking about. ;)
Song of the Week: Rivers and Roads by The Head and The Heart. A sweet bride and lovely friend sent me this song last week with a feeling I’d dig it. Well, according to Facebook, I’ve now listened to it 16 times. (Though I feel that number’s a little low…) I CANNOT get enough of the melody, the harmonies, the keys.. It’s perfect. And it’s definitely perfect for a romantically rainy day such as this. Check it out HERE!
So, I’m holding onto this AMAZING engagement session that’ll hit the blog later this week… It involves camping and berries and pillows and tents and all sorts of beautiful things. But especially, it features the most GORGEOUS couple ever. And I don’t just mean on the outside.. Come back soon for all the loveliness you see below and more. PLUS a little surprise you probably aren’t expecting. ;)
Happy Tuesday!!
